This final capstone course will create the opportunity for students to apply their learning from previous courses while layering on the importance management cycle of problem identification, strategic business planning and results measurement. The importance of balancing customer centric, socially responsible management, and profit based activities will also be examined. Key to the long term success of any business is Risk Management Planning; the components required for a successful Risk Management Plan will be introduced and applied through case work. The course will conclude by applying principles from this and other courses to a complex, real and current issue in Senior Living today, with the end result being a comprehensive strategic plan. The plan will include rationale for suggestions and measurement plans to evaluate results.
