Students begin by learning the fundamental of machine learning and studying discriminative models like linear discriminant, regression algorithms, and support vector machine. By the end, student learn how to build, train, and apply fully connected neural networks and demonstrate their knowledge by implementing practical machine learning and deep learning models."
