Advanced robotics is a rapidly evolving field that plays an important role in the implementation of industry 4.0 within the manufacturing sector. Building on the knowledge of robot classifications, students select suitable robotic systems for a variety of applications. This course involves practical knowledge of robot dynamics and the correlated physical variables which impact the surrounding environment. Robotic systems are simulated using programming tools to visualize movement and enable virtual commissioning. Students apply universal programming software to design an automated station equipped with a vision system. Through hands-on experience, students develop working knowledge and applications of collaborative robots. In this course students will be well-prepared to tackle advanced challenges in the field of robotics and contribute to the advancement and innovation of robotic systems.
