This course is designed to develop the students' knowledge of specifications. The importance that specifications play in the construction process and the role of the specification writer, technical representative and construction contract administrator in that process will be emphasized. Students will study construction documents, specifically the project manual, and will gain experience in the comprehension of these documents.
