Students will execute appropriate BIM management techniques to enable integrated project delivery (IPD), conduct building visualization risk analysis using BIM processes, and integrate knowledge of various suites of BIM applications for the facilities management of assets using artificial intelligence. BIM Architectural software platform will be used along with other software suites to create virtual building information models and tools for analysis. In this course, students will broaden their knowledge, understanding and skills in regards to BIM interdisciplinary collaboration management, material re-use tracking, predictive failure analysis and clash detection.
