In this course, students will build a foundational knowledge of cake and cookie assembly and decoration. They will learn to fill, mask, and decorate cakes with buttercream, decorate cookies with royal icing, work with fondant, create gumpaste flowers, assemble a tiered cake, all while learning the basic design principles for visually appealing creations.
