The course emphasizes development of effective human communications within design teams, clients and users addressing the issues involved in building healthy, productive relationships. A major theme of the course is the inter-relatedness of career and life success. The importance of productive relationships and intercultural competence is highlighted both on personal and workplace levels. Through experiential learning, students gain skills required for the new workplace as well as the foundation for building a satisfying personal life /work balance.
