In this course, students further develop and apply skills and expertise in the domain of service design. The methods and deliverables of service design are applied to a series of client-based projects. By examining case studies and conducting research, students identify how service design can be applied across a variety of industries such as healthcare, banking, transportation, tourism, food services, government, education, non-profit, and retail.
