In this course students continue to refine their skills learned in Media Production 1 and are introduced to multi-platform storytelling. Through lecture and intensive workshops students simultaneously work on technical assignments and creative projects. Students focus on craft and execution in 7-week rotating modules of learning - camera/lighting, picture editing and sound. In addition, they learn the theory and practice of using new media to tell stories and exercise alternative modes of personal expression.
