Through this Work-Integrated Learning course students apply theory to practice. These Work-Integrated Learning experiences allow students to apply and develop their skills in applied behaviour analysis (ABA), demonstrate professionalism, practice collaboration through teamwork, and link theory to practice in applied settings. Students will demonstrate knowledge and skills related to ABA with a focus on analyzing data and summarizing information for a behavioural assessment and intervention plans including the application of ethics and effective practice. Students will engage in reflexive practices and receive feedback on performance so that they may build the competencies required to work in the field.
