Food, Nutrition and Active Living introduces learners to credible, evidence-based food and nutrition information for the maintenance of health and the prevention of disease. Students will examine key areas such as nutritional requirements, physical activity, and their cross-interaction. This knowledge will enable learners to learn key skills necessary to track, evaluate and provide recommendations on nutrition and/or active living initiatives.
