The Business Case in Workplace Health and Wellness provides students with current literature, tools, techniques and factors essential for creating a healthy workplace. Students will learn the importance of carefully analyzing, creating and communicating a successful healthy workplace business case in order to maximize stakeholder approval. Students gain the skills to define objectives, implementation, evaluation, weigh costs against benefits for desired outcomes and communicate a comprehensive business case in workplace health and wellness to improve decision making.
