Students gain theoretical and practical understanding of change processes as they impact employees' work performance and commitment, and ultimately the health and wellness of the individual and the organization. Students utilize case studies to build proficiency in assessing forces for and against organizational change, consider challenges and opportunities presented by organizational diversity, identify common trends within contemporary organizations, and navigate complex employee-organization relationships. Students develop a deep understanding of organizational change and change management strategies that are essential to successful workplace health and wellness initiatives.
