In this course, students will be introduced to machine learning concepts and techniques. The course overviews processes, scientific analytical models, statistical methods, and their applications in business intelligence and analytics. In a computer lab environment and emphasis on e-business applications, students put theory into practice through assignments and projects using real-world data and open source framework. Python programming language will be used to apply machine learning algorithms to specific situations.
