This course introduces students to the strategic importance of human resources management. It covers planning, recruitment and selection, orientation, training and development, work options, supervision, motivation, performance appraisal, compensation, incentives and benefits, and managing employee relations. Students will develop a preliminary Human Resources plan for their new enterprise.
