Within the Biostatistical Methods course learners will explore key concepts and tools for data collection, data management and data analyses. Learners apply standards and methodology in statistical application with emphasis on research. Students explore the organization and graphical representation of data; measures of variation in descriptive statistics; probability distribution; confidence intervals; hypothesis testing; chi-square distribution; regression and correlational analysis; Analysis of Variance involving ANOVA notation and Post Hoc Testing.
