This course introduces the concept of relationship banking and explains how it is achieved through effective communication techniques. Students are introduced to the basic theory of communication and address such practical skills as effective questioning and listening and examine the interpersonal skills necessary to effectively manage customer and colleague relationships. The course focuses on the mechanics of communication and is structured to provide ample opportunity to practise these techniques.
