Managing Strategically is a capstone for the Business Management Diploma. Students will analyze an organization's resources and capabilities, and the industry environment to identify opportunities and threats. Using this analysis and knowledge gained in previous courses in the areas of marketing, finance, operations and management, students will make managerial decisions impacting the performance of a business. In doing so, students will think beyond the individual functional areas, and formulate aligned strategic alternatives leading to a final supported recommendation.
