This course, followed by Global Strategy 2, focuses on the strategic management of multinational enterprises (MNEs) in the conduct of international business. These courses explore, in depth, the business environment, culture and practices in the world's economies. This first course examines MNEs' strategic management processes and the impact of environmental influences, including politics, economics, geography, demography, competition and culture. Emphasis is placed on analyzing and assessing the attractiveness of countries in the region to MNEs.
