This course explores the underlying mechanisms and clinical manifestations of common cardiac diseases and disorders. Students will study the pathophysiology of conditions such as heart failure, myocardial infarction, arrhythmias, and valvular diseases. Emphasis is placed on understanding how structural and functional changes in the heart contribute to disease progression and patient symptoms. This knowledge provides a foundation for diagnostic techniques, treatment strategies, and multi-condition considerations.
