Software Defined Networking (SDN) technologies are reshaping what modern networks look like and how they are managed. Their efficient operation significantly reduces costs and offers unprecedented levels of agility and flexibility for solution providers. In this course students build foundational knowledge on Software Defined Networks and its deployment in the enterprise environment. In addition, students will learn the practical aspect of SDN networks in virtualized environment emphasizing open flow switches, network operating systems, network controllers, virtualization, and orchestration.
