Students learn the concepts of Project Management including project planning, scheduling and cost control mechanisms. Students practice and analyze various types of scheduling used in construction including Critical Path, Gantt, Bar Charts, Cash Flow Charts, Manpower requirements. Schedules, chronologies and corrective Action are considered using project management software. We will explore the sequences of trade operations consider duration requirements, including develop time, quality and cost tracking methods including reporting to stakeholders.
