Students learn the principles of fluid mechanics and solve fundamental problems related to fluid statics and fluid dynamics. Students explore the concepts through hands-on activities and then use standard formulas and design charts to solve problems related to hydrostatic pressures and forces, buoyancy and stability, pressurized pipes, and open channel flow.
