During this course, students will learn about the components of professionalism in the workplace. They will explore how to assess and develop these skills to aid in their success in the field of Community and Justice Services (CJS). In addition, students will identify their individual strengths, values and work ethics and their relevance to building professional relationships. A critical part of this course enables students to explore their particular areas of interest in the CJS field while engaging in activities that promote self-analysis and self-reflection.
