Students will gain introductory skills required for performing a 30-minute facial and specialized facial treatments in a retail spa setting. Students will obtain practical experience in facial treatments using steamers and a magnifying woods lamp. Proper sterilization and hygienic practices will be emphasized to ensure industry health and safety standards, sanitation and infection control guidelines are met.
