This capstone course provides an opportunity for a synthesis of the theory, concepts and skills addressed during the Cosmetic Management program. The course will provide students with the opportunity to plan and execute, under supervision, the practical and business aspects of a selected project as it pertains to the cosmetic industry. Includes project initiation, project definition, work breakdown structure, estimating effort, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, controlling resources and analysis of potential impact on the industry.
