Requirements Analysis and Process Modelling (WI)

The purpose of this course is to introduce students to a methodology designed to elicit and document the business requirements for a computerized system. This approach builds on some of the traditional analysis tools as well as incorporates some new techniques into the analysis process. A case study will be used to support the application of the theory and methodology presented in this course. The course curriculum is derived from best practices standards published by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and Software Engineering Institute (SEI).
