This course is an introduction to project management. Students will be exposed to the basic theories, techniques and rationales of project management. Working in teams, students will be engaged in project management activities: meetings, documentation and writing. These will culminate in a final presentation where students will have to describe what they have done and why they have done it in a project management and information technology context. Microsoft Project will be used in this course.
