This course provides students with knowledge of the security implications associated with virtualization and cloud technology, along with strategies for securing these environments. Students will investigate foundational security design principles, applied technologies, and industry standards that are essential for safeguarding cloud-based services and cloud architectures. Furthermore, students will assess the security processes and solutions provided by different cloud service providers (CSPs), enabling them to select and implement suitable security measures tailored to industry and organizational needs.
