This course is an overview of the growth and development of the child through middle childhood and adolescence. Physical, cognitive, social and emotional factors will be considered. Special emphasis will be placed on factors that contribute to emotional and behavioral concerns during this developmental process. This course is a prerequisite for CYC 213.
