Integrative seminar provides students with weekly input and feedback from a Senior Child and Youth Care Practitioner currently working in the field. Seminar discussion and leadership from the Seminar Instructor provides students with the opportunity to integrate theoretical course material with their own development as individuals and as Child and Youth Care Practitioners. Through group collaboration, guided discussions and review, evaluation and self-reflection, students will use their current experiences as a focus for developing and demonstrating the skills necessary to engage in self-reflective practice and group supervision to ensure best practices.
