This course explores the fundamentals of User Experience (UX) research and design. Through practice working with key UX documents and processes, such as user research, personas, wireframing, and iteration, students encounter theories behind User Interface (UI) design, empathy in UX, the psychology of user experience, and designing for accessibility and usability. In-depth training in research (including ethics, planning, implementation, analysis, and using both primary and secondary sources) gives students a strong foundation for future research in a variety of fields
