This course will include identification and understanding of all the anatomical components of the four intracardiac valves. Topics covered include valvular disease including thickening, doming, stenosis, and regurgitation of the cardiac valves. This course will also cover topics includingprolapse, bicuspid valves, clefts, and parachute valves and valvular apparatus, chords, and papillary muscles.
