This is a studio course in which students learn, develop, and apply design knowledge as it relates to residential interiors. Focusing on kitchens, bathrooms, primary bedrooms and leisure spaces, students will learn practical wisdom according to specific tasks such as space planning, design sketching and design communication in a creative and collaborative studio setting. These skills are incorporated, reinforced, and assessed in projects, group discussions, guided critique, and workshops.
