The aim of this course is to develop skills and techniques to modify teaching activities and materials for students with developmental, physical and/or learning disabilities. Effective adaptation of teaching plans and strategies for increasing student success will be presented throughout the course. The role of the Developmental Services Worker in relation to that of teachers in educational, community and social service systems will be examined.
