This course is designed for students whose first language is not English and who are preparing for entry into a post-secondary institution. It focuses on helping students improve their English-language competence and study skills, as applied to academic contexts, at the intermediate level upon completion of EAP 6 (equivalent to CEFR B1.2). In this course, students develop their language, leadership and collaboration skills by practicing spoken, written and online interaction strategies. Students will develop increased accuracy and fluency in their English communication.
