Students engage in the process of reflective practice and examine their pedagogy to promote a deeper understanding of their own professional growth and practice. Leading, directing, and facilitating content offers learners an opportunity to practice principles of coaching and mentoring, adult education, and reflective practice/inquiry theory. Self-care and an introduction to the scope of practice will be examined.
