This course focuses on switching power supplies, voltage regulators, linear power supplies, DC/DC converters, MOSFET, BJT, RF power amplifiers, DC drives and frequency-controlled drives, using simulation to verify experiments on real equipment. The emphasis will be placed on simulation of analog circuit performance. Real experiments will be conducted on DC power supplies and motor drives.
