Analog Electronics

Course Code: ELIC 253

Academic Year: 2026-2027

This course builds on foundational knowledge in electronic devices and ciruits to cover the design and analysis of practical analog circuits. Students learn differential amplifiers, op-amp specifications, and applications such as amplifiers, comparators, and active filters.Through hands-on work the course reinforces skills in building, testing, and troubleshooting more complex circuits and the use of standard test equipment. Emphasis is placed on circuits and techniques that are found in real-world applications such as audio systems and instrumentation.
