This course prepares students for their final capstone project by guiding them through the process of project selection, planning, budget and proposal development. The course covers the principles and practices in project management and sustainable product development. Learners are encouraged and provided opportunities to collaborate with internal stakeholders or external industry partners. By the end of the course, students will have developed a formal project proposal and plan, providing a strong foundation for successful execution in the subsequent capstone course.
