In this course students formulate a professional identity in emergency and nonemergency services encompassing inclusive and equitable frameworks. Through critical reflection of social issues, students develop interpersonal and interprofessional skills through examining their core beliefs, values, and external societal factors. Expanding on knowledge from previous courses student will build a wellness toolkit to improve and promote mental wellness, emotional intelligence, and resiliency.
