This course introduces students to concepts and best practices in the profession of Kinesiology. Students explore various career opportunities in Kinesiology, examine the code of ethics, scope of practice, and essential competencies defined by the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. Students consider areas of potential employment and learn about the profession through guest speakers, networking events and an informational interview with a Registered Kinesiologist.
