Students will understand the fundamentals of Food & Beverage concepts, trends, service styles, set-ups and dietary restrictions. Key certifications required in the Event Industry are also included: WHMIS and Smart Serve. Basic fundamentals of wines, beers and spirits, including constructing beverages will provide the remaining foundational aspects of Food & Beverage for event professionals.
