This course is designed to introduce students to fundamentals of the largest sectors in the Events Industry: Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE). Students will explore the critical elements of a well designed program and the business strategies required to overcome the complex challenges of stakeholder management. The course will introduce the steps needed for planning and executing a successful program from conception to completion, with an introduction to basic project management principles related to various course concepts.
