This course provides students with a thorough examination of the field of visual merchandising and store planning. Skills acquired in this course enable students to create dynamic retail display presentations. A hands-on approach to in-class assignments provides students with the practical experience of building visual displays. Students will develop a creative proposal featuring a fashion retail window presentation, signing program, plan-o-gram and in store display point visual presentation. Additionally, students will learn the foundational theories which support the field of image consulting and photo styling.
