Students study the wholesales industry and analyze the relationship between the sales representative, the manufacturer and the retailer. This course is designed to have students research and analyze sales strategies. Students develop critical skills in negotiating, presenting merchandise and determining appropriate methods of research to access client files. An in-depth analysis of approach strategies, customer service issues and meeting management protocol will clarify acceptable industry standards.
