Building on the content knowledge learned in the Firefighter Basics Theory Course, this course will serve to expand on and diversify the students' knowledge base to provide them with the requisite decision making skills they will require in order to provide safe, timely and effective solutions to the problems they will be expected to solve while participating in the Firefighter Skills (Applied) portion of the Pre-Service Firefighting Program.
