This course explores basic marketing concepts, leadership and coaching skill development, understand the macro and industry environment, investigate what it means for a business to have values, mission, vision and how to complete a swat analysis. Learners will also be exposed to how technology impacts their work environment. This course will also provide students with an overview of the records required in the operation of a small business in the bereavement sector.
