This course introduce the key concepts, methods and tools that are necessary for non-specialists in the health care field to interpret and use research studies and results in their professional capacity. It takes the perspective of the user, as opposed to the producer, of heath care research. It covers areas such as data integrity, statistical reliability, confidence levels, inference, causality, ethics, and conflicts of interest.
