Clinical Theory 2 hones students' knowledge and skills in successfully running the administrative side of a hearing clinic. Students will become adept at understanding the eligibility criteria and submission process for all hearing aid funding in Ontario and Canada in general. Ethical dilemmas regarding third party funding and insurance fraud will be discussed to establish thoughtful graduates. Students will become skilled in professional writing and grammatical skills and the guidelines necessary to comply with the privacy health information act. Lastly, general workplace modules will be completed.
